We just wanted to say what a pleasant, expeditious, and professional experience we had with Evergreen. This was our 5th refinance and by far the smoothest. I highly recommend Evergreen both to experienced and seasoned home buyers as well as first timers. They will find you a solid rate and charge you fairly. We chose them over WAMU, Wells Fargo and Barrington Capital. It was any easy choice.
